Manoj is an alumnus Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow which are the premier engineering and management colleges in India. He has over 27 years of experience in the IT industry, rendering technical and strategic leadership to software organizations as well as managing day to day operations. During his career he has worked extensively in the UK, Europe, US and India. He is also a member of academic advisory councils and a guest faculty at many top engineering and management institutes.
